Mo Plank is the best realtor I've ever worked with! My fiancé and I were struggling with where to start and agreeing on an area of town or style of house. Mo took the time to show us houses around town and different options in our price range. She then helped us with the entire home buying process from start to finish. She is incredibly knowledgeable of the areas and what to look for in a home. I cannot say enough positive things about her help and our experience!

Mo is an excellent realtor. She is knowledgeable about the housing market and gave great suggestions. She also steered us away from potential pitfalls which we greatly appreciated as first time home buyers. Mo was always quick to answer any questions or concerns. We found a house very quickly with her help and she made sure our offer was competitive, got in at the right time yet still protected us. Once we got our house she was then an excellent resource for home improvement help such as radon and fencing. We loved working with Mo!

We worked with Mo Plank at Cam Taylor to find our new home in Columbus. My husband and I found out we had to move for his job in December — we were nervous and honestly pretty sad to be leaving Cincinnati. We got connected with Mo through the realtor we used to buy our first home in Cincy and from our first call with her we instantly felt more at ease about the move. Mo is genuine, personable, honest, helpful, and so much fun to be around. With her help we were able to find a home in "one" day which was so amazing. We chose a new build home and Mo was right alongside us the entire process. She would go and check up on our home when we couldn't, answered every little question we had, and solved all of our problems in the chaos surrounding closing. Her kindness, positivity, knowledge and expertise was a godsend to us through this process. She made a big scary change exciting, fun, and as effortless as buying a home can reasonably be. Mo was our realtor on long distance move from Texas to Columbus Ohio. She worked great with us at a distance gave a personal guided virtual tour via FaceTime. She was always on the ball answering questions or finding out answers she didn't know. She welcomed us personally once we were in Columbus. She was honest with us and straightforward. And was able to put us in touch with lenders that met our individual needs. I recommend her highly. She will not steer you wrong!!!

Countless estimates she showed up for so my wife and I didn't have to miss work. She was available whenever we needed her. We love Mo! We worked with her from Aug - Oct, saw a few houses, and ultimately found the perfect first home! During the course of three months we could tell Mo was trustworthy, had our best interest in mind, and was super speedy; we were able to close in 3 weeks. She explained each step of the process and prepped us the whole way through. Mo works hard and if we ever bought another house, we would 100% want to work with her again.

In June 2023 I changed employment which required me to move from Sacramento, CA to Columbus, OH. On a tight timeline. Mo was listed as a Realtor contact for a house I found online. From the first contact she was a marvel. Mo handled everything remotely using today's technologies. Skype walkthroughs, photo details, constant email and text updates, referrals for home inspection, mortgage financing, urgent repairs, and remote closing via her personal network of professionals. It was all handled smoothly and quickly by Mo from 2500 miles away. Mo takes ownership of the project and uses her experience to proactively manage all aspects of the drudgery while I only had to sit back and review properties that she suggested for consideration. And she does it all in a manner that epitomizes smiling customer service and as if she were going to be living there. Couldn't have been a more positive experience! I consider myself lucky to have found her. Six stars!
